Basic process of participating in the exhibition:
Select / book stand. According to the booth drawings of the exhibition host / Organizer, select the booth. Then fill in the booth application form of exhibitors, fax or send it to the exhibition host / Organizer. Basic process of enterprises participating in the exhibition:
1. Select / reserve booth. According to the booth drawings of the exhibition host / Organizer, select the booth. Then fill in the booth application form of exhibitors, scan or send it to the exhibition owner / Organizer.
2. Pay the booth deposit. Pay the booth deposit through on-site payment or remittance. After receiving the deposit, the host / Organizer will issue a receipt for the deposit to the exhibitors.
3. Pay the balance of booth fee and all exhibition fees. After paying the fees, the exhibition host / undertaker shall issue the booth confirmation, exhibitor's guide and the invoice of exhibition fees to the exhibitors.
4. Exhibition arrangement. Two days before the exhibition, exhibitors can enter the exhibition venue for booth layout and construction.
5. Exhibition / transaction.
6. Move out. On the last day of the exhibition, the exhibition owner / Organizer will have a regulation on the starting and ending time of the exhibition.
In addition, when the exhibition is to be withdrawn, the owner / organizer of the exhibition shall be issued with a withdrawal certificate before it can leave the exhibition hall. (refer to the exhibition manual for details)
